Subprocessor categories
MK Assist uses carefully selected providers in the following categories. Individual provider names and processing locations are published only after legal confirmation and contractual safeguards are in place.
- Cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure
- Database services
- File and object storage
- Authentication and identity services
- AI inference services (contractually excluded from general-model training on client data)
- Embedding and vector retrieval services (tenant-scoped retrieval; no cross-client corpus)
