PAIA Manual

This page describes how to request access to records held by Stonda (Pty) Ltd under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). A fully reviewed manual will be published here once final legal approval is complete.

The formal PAIA Manual is being finalised. Until the approved manual is published, access requests may be submitted using the contact details below and will be handled in accordance with PAIA.

Send a detailed request to tondani@mkassist.co.za with sufficient information to identify the record requested, the preferred form of access and proof of identity where required.

MK Assist will respond within the timeframes required by PAIA. Reasonable fees may apply as permitted by law and will be communicated before processing where applicable.
