1. Number ownership
The business must own or be authorised to use the WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account connected to MK Assist. The business is responsible for accurate business profile information shown to customers.
2. Customer opt-in
Businesses must obtain and record lawful consent or another valid basis before sending marketing or outbound template messages. Routine customer-initiated support conversations are handled according to the business's configured service rules.
3. Templates and Meta dependency
WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta's platform policies, approval processes, rate limits and technical availability. MK Assist cannot guarantee Meta approval, delivery or continued availability of any specific feature.
4. Opt-out and exit
Customers may stop messaging the business number or ask the business to end contact. If the business disconnects MK Assist or migrates numbers, message routing, history access and template status may change. Businesses should plan customer communication before migration.
