Agent and Authorised User Terms

Terms for agents and authorised users invited to a business workspace.

Agent and Authorised User Terms

Plain-language summary

These terms apply to agents and other authorised users invited by a business to use MK Assist. They explain permitted use, confidentiality, handover responsibilities and account security.

1. Scope

These Agent and Authorised User Terms apply when a business grants you access to its MK Assist workspace. They supplement the business's Master SaaS Agreement. If there is a conflict regarding workspace use, the business administrator's instructions and workspace permissions prevail.

2. Permitted use

You may use MK Assist only to perform authorised customer-support tasks for the workspace that invited you. You must follow business policies, approved knowledge limits, handover rules and any instructions from authorised administrators.

You must not share credentials, access conversations outside your assignment, export customer data except as permitted, or use MK Assist for personal, unlawful or unrelated purposes.

3. Confidentiality

Customer conversations and business information accessed through MK Assist are confidential and must not be shared outside authorised business use. This obligation continues after access ends, subject to applicable law.

4. Handover and conduct

When a conversation is handed to the team, you must review the full history, respond professionally, avoid disclosing internal notes to customers where inappropriate, and return the conversation to MK Assist when resolved according to business rules.

5. Security

You must keep your login details secure, use strong passwords, report suspected unauthorised access promptly, and sign out on shared devices.

6. Suspension

A business administrator or MK Assist may suspend your access for breach, security concern or role change. MK Assist may also act where necessary to protect customers, the platform or legal compliance.
